Nest Fest 2024
As the sole/lead Graphic Designer for Nest Fest 2024 I was assigned the job of creating a brand identity for the festival alongside producing social media, digital, print marketing and promotional content in the lead up to the festival. This included static and animated collateral, where I played around with mixing analogue hand-drawn sketches and digital typographic/photographic elements - all to create a grungy New York-esque newspaper print look. Intentionally weathered yet bold and impactful. Soon after the festival went ahead, BirdsNest Entertainment sadly went into liquidation. All Nest Fest social media channels have therefore been removed, and this design work, alongside the musical performances of many artists, were unfortunately deemed "voluntary" by default. Nonetheless, Nest Fest 2024 is a design project I'm incredibly proud of, even though it's existence is nestled only within my portfolio. Enjoy the closing chapter of Nest Fest below!
